We have several new junior easy books this week. Three titles by Eric Braun are retelling of Aesop’s fables and giving them a silly spin: “The Lion and the Mouse Retold”, “The Tortoise and the Hare Retold” and “The Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing Retold”. These are geared to 7-9 year-olds.

Three Grumpy Monkey books for 3-7 year-olds by Suzanne Lang are “Grumpy Monkey”, “Grumpy Monkey Party Time” and “Grumpy Monkey Up All Night”. These New York Times bestsellers are perfect for young children learning how to deal with confusing feelings.
