Library News May 6, 2022

The Used Book Sale is going on now! It continues Saturday, May 7 from 10 am to 4 pm, and Monday May 9 through Saturday May 14 during regular library hours. Stop in and take a look! There are mysteries, World War II nonfiction, children’s books, and more!

The last story hour of the school year will be Friday May 27 from 10:15 – 11:15 am.  If you have children five years of age or younger, they are welcome to attend. Children 3 or under must be attended by an adult. There will be summer story hours and a summer reading program, Oceans of Possibilities!  Watch Facebook and the website for details.

The library has a job opening for a part-time custodian, about 12-15 hours/week.  If you are interested, stop by and pick up an application.

The Library Board of Trustees meets on Monday, May 9 at 9 a.m. at the library.

New titles in Large Print Fiction are Carolina Built by Kianna Alexander, Beyond the Wire by James D. Shipman, Sustaining Faith by Janette Oke and Dream Town by David Baldacci.

New titles in Fiction are The Shadow House by Anna Downes, Letter from Nana Rose by Kristin Harper, Insomnia by Sarah Pinborough, Fear Thy Neighbor by Fern Michaels, and The Paradox Hotel by Rob Hart.
